Cascais Line - Replacement bus service

See all the information on the changes resulting from the on-going works.

As of 7 April, trains will resume running on the Cascais - Oeiras route, while a replacement bus service will run on the Cais do Sodré - Algés route.

These changes are the result of modernisation work on the Cascais Line, carried out by IP - Infraestruturas de Portugal, and works by the Lisbon Metro to connect Rato Station (Yellow Line) to Cais do Sodré Station (Green Line), with the creation of two new stations: Estrela and Santos.

In addition, on the weekends of 26, 27 April and 3, 4 May, train traffic on the Cais do Sodré - Algés route will be banned at all times, and connections on the route will be provided by a replacement bus service.
