A magnificent journey which wishes to combine the pleasure to travel by train with a journey through the breath-taking landscape of the Beira Baixa region – where the scenery is accentuated by the coloured cherry trees.

- 8:15 - Departure from Lisbon Santa Apolónia on Intercidades train no. 541 in a private 1st class coach;
- 11:38 - Arrival at Fundão. Welcome by a guide from Fundão Tourism. Guided tour of the Historic Centre of Fundão and the Milling Museum;
- 12:30/14:45 - Time for lunch. See our suggestions;
- 15:00 - Bus journey to Alcongosta for a guided tour of the Cherry House and tasting of cherry products. Visit to the Cherry Blossom Trees by tourist train;
- 16:45 - Departure by bus, with guide, for a visit to the historical village of Castelo Novo;
- 18:15 - Departure by bus to Fundão and free time;
- 19:25 - Departure for Lisbon on Intercidades train no. 544 in a private 1st class coach.

- The train has a cafeteria and bar service;
- You are advised to wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
*Weather conditions can affect the flowering stage of cherry trees.
