To request assistance in getting on and off our trains, you must ask through the following channels:

  • Telephone - 808 100 746 (808 100 SIM) (Price of a local call according to your tariff, with a maximum of 0.07€ + VAT for the first minute and 0.0277€ + VAT for each subsequent minute on weekdays from 9am to 9pm or 0.0084€ + VAT from 9pm to 9am, weekends and public holidays, as defined by Anacom) or (+351) 219 023 487 (Price of a call to Portugal according to your tariff).

The customer assistance offices are spaces that have been designed exclusively for our customers and their purpose is to provide personal customer care regarding train times, connections with other transport networks, complaints/suggestions, lost and found, and so on. 

The customer assistance offices provide information about all our products and services: Lisbon, Oporto and Coimbra urban services, Long-Distance, Regional/InterRegional and International.

Opening hours and locations:

  • Lisbon Santa Apolónia - closed.
  • Lisboa Oriente - daily from 7:15 to 20:15
    • Social Pass + and Family Pass – from 7:30 to 19:30
    • Lost and Found – 7:30 to 20:00
  • Cais do Sodré - 8:00 - 12:00 / 13:00 –16:45, working days. 
  • Rossio -  8:00 –12:00 / 13:00 –16:45, working days. 
  • Porto São Bento - 9:00 - 18:00, every day - at ticket office.
  • Porto Campanhã - 9:00 - 18:00, every day - at ticket office.
