Strike - Rail disruptions - 22 and 24 July 2024

Strikes called by several unions between 00:00 and 24:00 on 22 and 24 July 2024, means rail disruptions are expected to have an impact on 22 and 24 July.

If minimum services are defined, this information will be updated.

Passengers who have purchased tickets to travel on Alfa Pendular, Intercidades, International, Interregional and Regional trains, can get a full refund or exchange the ticket free of charge for another train in the same category and class.

Refunds or exchanges can be made in myCP in the "Your tickets" area (for tickets purchased from the Online Ticket Office and CP App) up to 15 minutes before the train departs from the customer's station of origin, or at the ticket offices.

After this deadline, and up to 10 days after the end of the strike, a refund can be requested by filling in the "Refund for Delay or Cancellation" online contact form and sending a scan of the original ticket.
