The VIVA GO service is an innovative solution of transport payment, associating a Navegante card to a post-payment method through a bank account.
To access this service, you just need to go to an ATM machine and associate your Navegante card to your bank card. You shall select the VIVA GO option available at the “transportes” menu.
The VIVA GO service can be used in the following transport operators: CP, Carris, Fertagus, Lisbon Metro Network, Metro Sul do Tejo, Soflusa and Trantejo. It allows the payment of journeys as they are used. In CP, each use is €1.90.
Before boarding the train you must always validate your Navegante Card in the equipment for that purpose located at the stations (card readers or access control doors).
