If I get a new CP physical card, can I access my previously loaded tickets?

If your old card was blacklisted (reported lost, stolen, or stolen), and a ticket on it is still valid, you can transfer it to a new card at a ticket office.

In other cases (e.g., misuse), if you get a new card, you cannot use the tickets from the old card.
