75% de desconto sobre o valor da tarifa por inteiro, na aquisição do bilhete em Turística/2ª classe.
25% de desconto sobre o valor da tarifa por inteiro, no bilhete para acompanhante, válido para o mesmo comboio, classe e percurso. Considera-se como acompanhante do cliente com necessidades específicas, qualquer cidadão que não possua qualquer tipo e grau de incapacidade limitativos da sua mobilidade.

Permite ainda a aquisição de bilhetes com 20% de desconto, a clientes com necessidades específicas com grau de incapacidade igual ou superior a 60% e inferior a 80%, em viagens a efetuar em qualquer percurso.
Estes benefícios estãos disponíveis para os serviços Alfa Pendular, Intercidades, Regionais, InterRegionais e comboios urbanos.

Discount for customers with specific needs, with a disability degree equal to or greater than 80%, offering more affordable conditions for their train journeys.

75% discount on the full fare when purchasing a ticket in Tourist/2nd class.
25% discount on the full fare for an accompanying person, valid for the same train, class, and route. An accompanying person of the customer with specific needs is considered to be any citizen who does not have any type or degree of disability that limits their mobility.
Tickets with a 20% discount may also be purchased by customers with specific needs who have a disability degree equal to or greater than 60% and less than 80%, for travel on any route.

These benefits are available on Alfa Pendular, Intercidades, Regional, InterRegional, and urban trains.

Accepted documents for CP/INR discount

Valid official identification document;
Medical Certificate of Multipurpose Disability (AMIM), or
Armed Forces Disability Card, or
Judiciary Police Disability Card, issued by the competent Portuguese authorities.

Official documents available in the id.gov.pt app are also accepted.
For verification, the Customer must provide access to the device with an active internet connection.

Important rules

Digital copies, photographs, or simple photocopies of identification documents are not accepted, unless duly certified by:

Parish Councils;
CTT – Correios de Portugal;
Chambers of Commerce and Industry;
Lawyers;
Solicitors;
Expired Multipurpose Certificates are accepted if presented together with the request for a new medical board evaluation;
Multipurpose Certificates issued by private healthcare providers are accepted in cases of cancer diagnosis;
All Multipurpose Certificates issued since 1996 remain valid;
Until 2022, certificates were only issued on paper;
Since 5 July 2022, certificates are also issued in digital format (PDF), including via the SNS 24 app.

Documents not accepted

Simple medical certificates;
Requests for medical board evaluations (without an existing multipurpose certificate);
Other documents issued by healthcare providers not covered by law.

Additional conditions

These discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts in force;
Prices for Alfa Pendular and Intercidades services are rounded up to the nearest €0.50.

This discount is the result of an agreement between CP – Comboios de Portugal and the INR – Instituto Nacional para a Reabilitação, I.P., aiming to reduce mobility difficulties for Customers with limited autonomy.
