What to do if you lose your ticket?

If you have lost your ticket, depending on the conditions of the ticket you purchased, you may be able to obtain a duplicate.

If you are registered with myCP, go to your "My journeys" area, select the journey you want and download the ticket again. Alternatively, you can present the email or SMS you received to the ticket inspector on the train.

For the other purchase methods, as the tickets are not in your name, they cannot be recovered.
