Student Accommodation CP: Campolide

The CP: Campolide Student Accommodation Project aims to adapt the building where the Campolide Operational Dormitory was located in Lisbon into student accommodation under the Affordable Student Accommodation Programme, which is part of the National Plan for Accommodation in Higher Education (PNAES).

This project will finance the provision of 26 single rooms, two of which will be for students with reduced mobility. Once the adaptation work has been completed, ISCTE-Instituto Universitário de Lisboa will be responsible for managing this accommodation from the 2025/2026 academic year.

This project aims not only to boost CP's social responsibility component at a time when finding accommodation is especially difficult for higher education students, but also to deepen institutional relations and cooperation between the company and ISCTE.

The National Plan for Accommodation in Higher Education aims to provide an integrated response to the accommodation needs of higher education students who are displaced from their place of residence, in a decent manner and at affordable prices.
