Location: Lisbon, may include travelling when necessary for the duties

Role:

• Informing, directing and announcing visitors;
• Receiving, stamping and delivering correspondence, parcels and other documents, and helping to sort them;
• Helping copy work and archive documents;
• Operating copiers, provided the person is qualified;
• Carrying out porter or security duties at administrative centres and ancillary facilities;
• Preparing rooms for meetings and the tidying up afterwards, in which case they may carry out light cleaning, as well as, exceptionally, moving furniture in their area of activity.

Mandatory Application Requeriments:

• Educational qualifications equivalent to the 12th grade.

• Good knowledge of Lisbon and its public transport network.

Selection Precess: 

Selection may include a psychological assessment, a technical knowledge test and an interview. The selection phases are eliminatory.

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following requirements:

Requirements:

• Professional training in electronics (level 4), with 12th grade equivalence;
• Knowledge of dismantling, recovering and assembling components, technical drawing or interpreting electronic diagrams;
• Knowledge of health and safety at work;
• Professional experience.
• Category B driving licence and availability for national travel.

• Knowledge and practice in CONVEL or ATP (automatic train protection system) maintenance;
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene at work;
• Professional experience.
