Transparency

The following information is presented in fulfilment of legal obligations and good practices.

CP provides a specific channel for reporting irregularities through which a confidential, independent, autonomous, secure, and impartial report can be made, under the terms of Law no. 93/2021 of 20 December, which establishes the general regime for the protection of whistleblowers.

Whistleblowers benefit from the protection afforded by Law 93/2021 of 20 December when, in good faith and with serious grounds for believing that the information is true at the time of the report or public disclosure, they report or publicly disclose an offence through the means of reporting made available.

The identity of the whistleblower, as well as any information that directly or indirectly reveals their identity, is confidential and restricted to the bodies responsible for receiving or following up on  the report of the irregularity.

The processing of personal data, including the exchange or transmission of personal data by the competent authorities, complies with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation and other legislation on the processing of personal data. For more information, see CP's Privacy Policy.
