Internal information considered to be of “enormous importance in any working community.”
CP Public Relations Office published the Rede Geral (General Network) newspaper between November 1976 and July 1978, aimed to satisfy “natural curiosity and legitimate intellectual and emotional interests” within the CP, respect “the rights of each member as part of the whole” and ensure “a general and correct knowledge of the main aspects and problems” to enable everyone to contribute “to the establishment of consensus and the achievement of the objectives that they must achieve as a whole.”
