On 14 April, CP signed an agreement with Diogo Martins to formalise the role of Advisor for Customers with Specific Needs (CCNE).
With a duration of two years (2025 and 2026), this agreeent defines responsibilities assigned to the CCNE, including:
- Advising CP on adopting practices that promote and ensure that its services are accessible to all citizens with specific needs;
- Strengthening customer confidence in the services provided by CP in this area;
- Acting as a link between CP, customers with specific needs and the organisations that represent them;
- Contributing to identifying obstacles to accessing services, participating in the definition and prioritisation of measures to promote mobility as a universal right;
- Presenting recommendations for correcting practices that could jeopardise the quality and efficiency of the services provided by CP to these customers.
This is another significant step in CP's commitment to improving accessibility and the experience of our Customers with Specific Needs.
