ANDA Conhecer Portugal

This year, extended to young people up to the age of 30

Launched in 2024, the ANDA Conhecer Portugal programme is the result of a partnership between CP – Comboios de Portugal and Movijovem, and will return this year with a wider range of young people, as the age limit for participating in the programme has been extended to 30.

It offers new experiences to young people aged between 18 and 30, allowing them to discover Portugal's cultural diversity and historical heritage by train without restrictions for 7 days and staying 6 nights in the Pousadas de Juventude network.  Intercidades, urban, regional and interregional journeys, as well as overnight stays at Pousadas de Juventude, must be completed by 4 July 2026.

Participation requires apply for a voucher by 31 December (sent subsequently to the email provided) and authentication via Digital Mobile Key on the ANDA Conhecer Portugal platform, with pre-registration already available on the platform.

The collaboration agreement with Movijovem was signed by the CP President, Pedro Moreira, and Movijovem President, Bruno Matias, at a ceremony held on 23 October 2025 in Lisbon.

The ANDA Conhecer Portugal project reinforces the importance of choosing sustainable youth mobility, combined with social commitment and providing all young people the chance to explore these opportunities.
