How can I make a suggestion/complaint?
Any Support Request - Request for Information, Compliment, Suggestion, Complaint, Refund Request or Fine Defence - can be submitted online, using the form or the Electronic Complaints Book.
Refund Request Forms are available at all ticket offices in the Stations and at the Customer Assistance Offices, as well as the Complaints Book, which will be made available under the terms of the Law, during the respective opening hours.
If you have any queries that you would like clarified, you can also use the CP Customer Care Line 808 109 110 (Price of a local call according to your tariff, with a maximum of €0.07 + VAT for the first minute and €0.0277 + VAT for each subsequent minute on weekdays from 9am to 9pm or €0.0084 + VAT from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m., weekends and public holidays, as defined by Anacom).
