How does the online request for CP or Navegante cards work?

  • Any customer can request it online, as long as they meet the requirements for the chosen card (e.g., age, residence).

  • You must have a Digital Mobile Key (Chave Móvel Digital) for identification.

  • Steps:

    1. Go to the [link].

    2. Follow the instructions.

    3. Submit your request.

    4. Make the payment.

    5. Check your email for confirmation.

  • For physical cards:

    • Receive it at home (+ €2.50), or

    • Pick it up at the CP ticket office you chose, showing the confirmation email or the Digital Card in the CP App.
