Location: Porto Metropolitan Area, without prejudice to any travel necessary for the performance of duties.
General duties:
- Issue and send order notes to suppliers;
- Establish and maintain contacts with national and international suppliers;
- Purchase goods and services;
- Ensure delivery times, services, and respective order quantities from suppliers;
- Manage the warehouse;
- Check material entries into the warehouse;
- Ensure the proper reception, unloading, loading, storage, and conservation of materials;
- Manage and control stock and inventory;
- Monitor and participate in rejection and return processes to suppliers and ensure the handling of complaints.
Mandatory requirements:
- Minimum compulsory education: 12th grade.
- Driver's license.
Technical Skills:
- Experience in purchasing and logistics (preferred);
- Good knowledge of English;
- Computer skills from a user's perspective;
- Knowledge of SAP software (preferred).
Personal Skills:
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- Initiative and decision-making skills;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Good stress management and self-control skills.

Selection Process:
The selection process may include psychological assessment, technical knowledge test, and interview. The selection stages are eliminatory.
