I have specific mobility needs. Does CP have a service to help me?
CP provides assistance with boarding and disembarking for customers with specific mobility needs through the Integrated Mobility Service (SIM).
The SIM is available on all trains and at all stations for customers with special needs.
A prior booking is required, even if you have not yet purchased your ticket.
For Alfa Pendular and Intercidades services, you must purchase your ticket before submitting the assistance request.
