Civil Engineer – Commercial and Operational Spaces (Assets and Works Department)

Location: Lisbon - Rossio, notwithstanding any travel for the performance of the duties.
General Duities:
- Assess the need for works on facilities, including the identification of construction defects, photographic reports, construction characterisation of properties and presentation of proposals for resolving anomalies;
- Produce photographic reports on the condition of facilities, to inventory and evaluate corrective measures in commercial and operational spaces, mainly in National Railway Network stations;
- Monitor and manage preventive and/or corrective maintenance contracts, acting as Contract Manager, ensuring compliance with contractual clauses, the quality of services provided and compliance with technical and safety standards;
- Manage maintenance activities through a digital maintenance management platform, namely the management of intervention requests made by users of CP facilities;
- Draw up work lists, take measurements and budget for the cost of the work (price estimates), using market prices for each type of civil construction work as a reference;
- Draw up technical specifications for service, goods and works procurement specifications, with a focus on obtaining optimised construction solutions, aiming to reduce maintenance costs throughout the life cycle of the assets.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, completed by the application date.
Technical Skills:
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with a specialisation in Construction;
- Professional experience in the field of building maintenance and renovation (minimum 3 years);
- High level of computer skills, from a user's perspective, namely in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Copilot) and Autocad, among others;
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written);
- Driving licence.

- Experience in building management using maintenance platforms and Artificial Intelligence tools;

Selection Process:
