Travel by train and get discounts on SEA LIFE Porto tickets.

SEA LIFE Porto is an aquatic park with around 30 tanks and 5,600 marine creatures, divided into 12 distinct zones, from the freshwater landscape of the Douro National Park to the Atlantic and the tropical seas, passing through features such as the terraces of the Douro hillsides, the historic D. Luís I Bridge or the traditional façades of the Ribeira buildings.
The centre also includes a room for school visits and an SOS area dedicated to animal protection and welfare work worldwide.

30% off the admission price if you show your Porto urban train pass and receipt or an Alfa Pendular or Intercidades ticket (day of journey for a one-way ticket and up to the date of the return journey if a return ticket).
20% off admission if you show a Porto urban train ticket or your Siga card together with the receipt dated the day of the visit or within the validity period (maximum 3 admissions).

Porto Urban Trains
Together with Sea Life Porto we have created a unique programme for groups, with a minimum of 10 paying members, which includes:

Return journey by urban train between any Porto urban train station and Porto São Bento;
Return bus journey from Porto São Bento station to Sea Life Porto;
Visit to Sea Life Porto.

Conditions:

Train journeys can be made on any day of the week. At weekends with no time restrictions, on weekdays except for some rush hour trains (contact the group service for more information);
Booking is required with the Porto urban train (minimum 5 working days);
The purchase is made at Porto urban train ticket offices;
Discounts on urban trains only apply to scheduled services.

* The journey between Porto São Bento Station and Sea Life Porto can be made on STCP buses. To do this, you must buy the Andante card and 2 Andante Z2 tickets at a CP ticket office selling Andante tickets.

Alfa Pendular e Intercidades

Price to be negotiated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the number of people, date, time, route and type of service, regular or special, of the intended journey;
Available for a minimum of 10 passengers;
The booking request and payment must be made at least 10 days before the journey date.

Included in the free visit to Sea Life Porto:

Visit Guide for Schools;
Access to talks and animal feedings throughout the day;
Interactive experience in the rockpool (rock pools where you can touch starfish and sea urchins).

Sea Life Porto opening hours:

Winter (1 September to 14 July)
- From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. during the week;
- From 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at weekends.
Summer (15 July to 31 August)
- 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. during the week;
- 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the weekend.
The last entry is 45 minutes before closing time;
Open every day (except Christmas Day);
On 24 and 31 December, the ticket office closes at 15:15 and the exhibition closes at 16:00.

Sea Life Porto is in Praça Gonçalves Zarco, opposite the Castelo do Queijo.
Take the train to Porto São Bento.
In front of the station, you can catch the STCP bus (Line 500 - Andante Z2 ticket), which takes you along the River Douro to Foz and stops at the Castelo do Queijo, opposite Sea Life.
