Senior Technical Recruitment (SAP PSM, PS & MM/WM Technical Specialist) – Information Technology Department

Location: Amadora (with travel as required to carry out the role)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Technician to join the Information Technology Department to design, implement and optimise solutions within the SAP system, ensuring that project lifecycles and the supply chain are fully aligned with the organisation’s budgetary constraints and financial targets.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure and support the PSM, PS and MM/WM modules;
  • Ensure integration between procurement, logistics, finance, budgeting and project management processes;
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integration with other SAP systems;
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards in SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) for financial and budgetary reporting;
  • Train and support end users.

 

Mandatory Requirements

  • A degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or related fields;
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).

 

Preferred Requirements

  • SAP certifications (ECC, S/4HANA, SAC).

 

Skills

  • Proven experience, having participated in one or more implementation projects in the SAP PSM/PS/MM/WM areas in ECC and S/4HANA;
  • Proven experience in maintenance or project work involving the analysis and integrated planning of the PSM/PS/MM components;
  • More than one year of experience in analysis and reporting in SAC, in the relevant areas;
  • Ability to map processes, define solutions and propose improvements;
  • Ability to organise, summarise and work with rigour;
  • Focus on problem-solving and a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills;
  • Ability to adapt to new situations or new working methods;
  • A spirit of initiative and proactivity;
  • Ethics, loyalty and an exemplary professional attitude.
